Prepare design concepts, layouts, and detailed drawings
Develop working drawings, 3D views, and presentations
Coordinate with site engineers and execution teams
Handle client discussions and design modifications
Prepare BOQs, material selections, and specifications
Ensure designs are executed as per approved drawings
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Architecture / Interior Design
Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3Ds Max, Lumion, or similar tools
Good design sense and attention to detail
Knowledge of materials, finishes, and execution standards
Strong communication and coordination skills
