Job Summary

We are looking for a

creative and technically sound Architect cum Interior Designer

who can handle

architectural planning, interior design, and execution coordination

for residential, commercial, and institutional projects. The candidate should be capable of taking projects from

concept to execution

, coordinating with site teams, consultants, and clients.

Key Responsibilities

Architectural Responsibilities

Prepare architectural drawings: plans, elevations, sections, and detailed working drawings Develop concept designs, space planning, and layout optimization Coordinate with structural, MEP, and service consultants Ensure compliance with local building bye-laws and project specifications Support approval drawings and client presentations

Interior Design Responsibilities

Prepare interior layouts, 3D concepts, and material selection Develop detailed interior working drawings (flooring, ceiling, wall, furniture details) Create BOQs, material specifications, and finish schedules Coordinate with vendors for furniture, lighting, fixtures, and finishes Ensure design intent is maintained during execution

Site & Coordination

Regular site visits for design coordination and execution support Coordinate with site engineers, contractors, and vendors Resolve design-related issues during construction Monitor quality, aesthetics, and adherence to drawings
Required Skills & Software Proficiency

AutoCAD (mandatory) SketchUp / 3ds Max / Lumion / V-Ray (any one preferred) Basic knowledge of Revit (added advantage) MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Strong knowledge of materials, finishes, and construction detailing Good communication and presentation skills
Qualification & Experience

B.Arch / M.Arch / B.Des / Diploma in Interior Design Minimum

3-7 years

of relevant experience Experience in

hospital, commercial, residential, or institutional projects

preferred Ability to handle multiple projects independently

Pay: ₹11,469.92 - ₹47,412.99 per month
