Title: Consultant, IT-CRM Salesforce

Location: Bangalore

What you\xe2\x80\x99ll be doing

• Serve as a Release Train Engineer (RTE)/Lean-Agile Leader to drive project improvements
• Ensure clear communication working alongside Scrum Masters to remove impediments
• Work within the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe)
• Use the appropriate Agile methodology (Scrum/Kanban/XP) to facilitate the ART (Agile Release Train) level activities across the CRM Team
• Facilitate ART level events (including I&A, SoS) in helping to manage risks and dependencies
• Drive the journey towards high-performing teams and ARTs in order to promote Business Value delivery
• Work with CRM Ass.Directors, System manager, Platform Architects to define the PI Priorities, and support them in conducting the PI
• Liaise with Product Management team and IT Segment teams in identifying the Biz vision, Biz value, WSJF Prioritization, and help them derive the high level business case
• Help the Product Management in their efforts to:
• Manage and prioritize the ART Feature Backlog
• Generate a Vision
• Build a Roadmap
• Define and document the ART\xe2\x80\x99s development value stream
• Coach ART members on understanding their value stream
• Communicates with stakeholders, escalate impediments, help manage risk, and drive relentless improvement.
• Work with the Sales and Service Ass.Dirs and Biz/Segment Stakeholders to establish the Governance across the segments for Prioritization based on Biz Value; Run Cross Functional Segment calls with the Segment Leads and Delivery Leads;
• Support in Facilitating PI Planning for both Sales and Service teams
• Support in PI Execution by liaising with Biz Stakeholders in US and EMEA and help in resolving impediments.
• Drive the synergies between Sales and Service ART Practices to build the To-Be Model
• Coach Biz Partners in defining the Vision, ART Practices, Ceremonies
• Work with the Systems Manager in driving the releases based on the priorities.
• Work with PMs, POs in driving Release Impact Assessment (Functional) and liaising with Tech team and SMs in driving overall impact assessment
• Facilitate Value Stream Mapping with Biz Owners; PMs; POs
• Support the delivery leads in coordinating the cross-team dependencies
• Drive the QA Approach; Execution and Support in defect resolution
• Provide support to IT Segment and product teams in planning, conducting and executing UAT Sessions and serve as L1 support for any front ending business issues during the build phase

What you\xe2\x80\x99ll bring

• BS in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems or related
• 5+ years of Salesforce Subject Area Experience
• 2+ years of Agile Leadership experience
• Experience working on software development teams and understand both SDLC and Agile Framework
• Experience working on Salesforce Platform
• Agile certifications
• Experience using Jira software
