Junior Architect - G Cube Studio

G Cube Studio

is looking for a

Junior Architect

to join our

Architecture and Construction team

. We are seeking

passionate and skilled professionals with at least 1 year of experience

to work on a variety of

residential, commercial, and institutional architecture projects

.

Responsibilities

Assist in the

design development, drafting, and detailing

of architectural projects. Prepare

conceptual designs, schematic layouts, working drawings, and construction documentation

. Conduct

site analysis, feasibility studies, and research on materials & construction methods

. Collaborate with

senior architects, engineers, and project managers

to ensure smooth project execution. Coordinate with

consultants, vendors, and contractors

for technical detailing and material specifications. Ensure compliance with

building codes, zoning regulations, and industry standards

. Conduct

site visits

to monitor construction progress and resolve on-site challenges.

Skills & Qualifications

1 year of experience

in an

architecture firm

working on built projects. Strong knowledge of

architectural design, construction methods, and materials

. Proficiency in

AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Adobe Photoshop, and other relevant software

. Good understanding of

structural, MEP, and building services coordination

. Strong

technical detailing, 3D visualization, and problem-solving skills

. Excellent

communication, teamwork, and project coordination abilities

.

Bachelor's degree in Architecture

(B.Arch).
