Role Summary:

Daftar Decor is seeking an experienced Architect with 5-6 years of experience in corporate interior fit-outs. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of architectural design, project execution, and coordination across various services to transform design intent into reality on site.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end project execution from design stage to final handover.

Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and vendors to ensure project goals are met.

Oversee and manage site activities, ensuring timely execution as per drawings and design intent.

Coordinate with MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) teams for seamless integration of services.

Prepare and review architectural drawings and construction documents.

Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and quality standards.

Conduct site visits to monitor progress and resolve technical issues on-site.

Work closely with project managers and BOQ specialists to align budget and design execution.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Architecture.

Minimum 5-6 years of experience in architectural design and site execution.

Experience in corporate/commercial interior projects is preferred.

Strong project management and site coordination skills.

Proficient in design tools such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and MS Office.

Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
