Qualification

Bachelor's Degree in Architecture (B.Arch) from a recognized institution Master's in Architecture or Interior Design (preferred) Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and 3D rendering software

Experience

4-7 years of experience in architectural design and execution of residential interior projects Experience in concept design, detailing, and site coordination

Key Skills

Strong design and visualization skills Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion, or similar tools Knowledge of materials, finishes, and construction details Understanding of structural, MEP, and interior coordination Creative approach with practical design solutions Strong communication and project coordination skills

Key Responsibilities

Develop architectural concepts and detailed working drawings for residential interiors Coordinate with clients, consultants, and site teams for design execution Prepare BOQs, layouts, and 3D design presentations Ensure design accuracy, functionality, and aesthetic quality Conduct site visits to monitor work progress and ensure design compliance Collaborate with interior and structural teams for project delivery
