Job Summary:

The Architect will be responsible for planning, designing, and overseeing the execution of commercial interior fit-out projects. The role involves close coordination with clients, consultants, vendors, and on-site teams to ensure design intent, functionality, and quality standards are met within the defined timeline and budget.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, review, and finalize architectural drawings, layouts, and details for commercial interior projects. Coordinate with clients to understand requirements, prepare design concepts, and present design proposals. Collaborate with MEP, structural, and project teams to ensure technical feasibility and smooth integration of all services. Conduct site visits to monitor design implementation and ensure compliance with approved drawings. Review shop drawings, material submissions, and mock-ups for design conformity and quality standards. Manage design changes, revisions, and approvals in coordination with project and procurement teams. Ensure all designs adhere to safety, regulatory, and building code requirements. Maintain documentation for design revisions, approvals, and as-built drawings. Liaise with vendors and contractors to verify design intent during execution. Support project managers in cost estimation, value engineering, and material selection.

Key Skills & Competencies:

Strong knowledge of commercial interior design and fit-out processes. Proficient in

AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and MS Office

; knowledge of

3D visualization software

is an advantage. Excellent understanding of materials, finishes, and detailing for corporate/commercial interiors. Good communication and presentation skills for client interactions. Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strong problem-solving, analytical, and coordination skills.

Qualification & Experience:

Bachelor's / Master's Degree in Architecture

from a recognized university.

COA registration preferred.

Minimum 5-10 years

of experience in architecture and design coordination within

commercial interior fit-out projects.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,841.32 - ₹50,613.41 per month
