Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field. Proven experience in architectural design, with a strong portfolio showcasing both exterior and interior projects. Proficiency in 3D modeling and visualization software, including AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and 3ds Max. Strong understanding of building codes, zoning laws, and construction processes. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients and team members. Attention to detail and a passion for innovative design solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Design Development:

Lead the conceptualization and design of architectural projects, ensuring a harmonious integration of exterior and interior elements. Collaborate with clients to understand their vision, requirements, and preferences, translating them into functional and aesthetically pleasing designs.

3D Modeling & Visualization:

Utilize advanced 3D modeling software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, 3ds Max) to create detailed architectural models and renderings. Develop photorealistic visualizations and walkthroughs to effectively communicate design concepts to clients and stakeholders.

Technical Documentation:

Prepare comprehensive architectural drawings, including plans, elevations, sections, and details, adhering to building codes and regulations. Ensure all designs comply with local zoning laws, safety standards, and environmental considerations.

Project Coordination:

Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure seamless integration of design elements. Oversee the construction process, conducting site visits to monitor progress and address any design-related issues.

Continuous Learning:

Stay updated with the latest trends, materials, and technologies in architecture and design. Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.
