Job Summary

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented AutoCAD 2D Expert Architect with 5+ years of experience to join our dynamic design team. The ideal candidate will have strong architectural knowledge and be proficient in creating precise 2D technical drawings and shop drawing for residential, commercial, or institutional projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare detailed 2D architectural drawings and technical layouts using AutoCAD software and Shop drawing
Interpret client briefs*, sketches, and design concepts into accurate architectural plans.

Create floor plans, elevations, sections, and working drawings according to building codes and standards*.

Modify drawings based on *feedback, redlines, and revisions.

Maintain a well-organized drawing database and version control for ongoing projects.
Ensure precision, scale accuracy*, and compliance with design guidelines.

Requirements:

Degree/Diploma in Architecture or related field.
10+ years of professional experience in 2D AutoCAD drafting.
Expert-level proficiency in AutoCAD 2D.
Good understanding of architectural detailing*, materials, and construction techniques.

Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints.
Strong attention to detail and excellent time management.
Knowledge of local building regulationsand drawing standards.
Bonus: Experience with additional tools like SketchUp, Revit, Photoshop.
