Job Description

About the Role:
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Architect / Interior Designer proficient in 3D modeling, rendering, and visualization. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with AutoCAD and SketchUp, and a strong sense of aesthetics, functionality, and design precision. You will collaborate with architects, clients, and contractors to create realistic renders, detailed layouts, and compelling design presentations.

Key Responsibilities:
? Develop high-quality 3D models, renders, and visualizations using AutoCAD, SketchUp, and related design tools.
? Design interior layouts, floor plans, elevations, and space plans as per project requirements.
? Produce photo-realistic renderings, walkthroughs, and animations for presentations and approvals.
? Select suitable materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, and color schemes aligned with design themes and budgets.
? Prepare technical drawings and documentation for execution and client approval.
? Collaborate with architects, clients, and vendors to ensure design accuracy and feasibility.
? Stay updated on modern design trends, sustainable materials, and 3D visualization technologies.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
? Diploma / Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Interior Design
? Proficiency in AutoCAD and SketchUp
? Strong understanding of 3D Modelling, Rendering, and Drafting
? Knowledge of rendering techniques and file interoperability
? Creative mindset with attention to detail and design precision

Preferred Skills:
? Knowledge of material selection, lighting design, and presentation techniques
? Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
? Strong visualization and communication skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
