About the Role

We are looking for a

creative and detail-oriented Architect - Interior Designer

to join our team in Kollam. The role involves handling

residential and small commercial projects

, from concept design to execution support, ensuring functionality, aesthetics, and compliance with local standards.

Key Responsibilities

Develop

architectural and interior design concepts

based on client requirements Prepare

2D drawings, working drawings, and detailed interior layouts

Create

3D models and visualizations

for client presentations Coordinate with

clients, site engineers, contractors, and vendors

Conduct

site visits

to monitor design implementation and quality Assist in

material selection, finishes, and furniture design

Ensure designs comply with

local building rules and standards (Kerala Panchayat/Municipality norms)

Support project documentation, BOQs, and basic cost estimation
Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in

Architecture / Interior Design

1-3 years

of relevant experience (freshers with strong skills may apply) Proficiency in

AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion/Enscape/V-Ray

Basic knowledge of

Kerala construction practices and materials

Good understanding of

space planning, lighting, and detailing

Ability to handle

multiple projects

and meet deadlines Strong

communication skills

(English & Malayalam preferred)
Preferred Skills (Optional but Advantage)

Experience with

residential villas, apartments, or retail interiors

Knowledge of

site execution and vendor coordination

Familiarity with

BOQ preparation and material budgeting
