Architect with strong experience in Interior Design field
to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing functional, aesthetic, and innovative spaces across residential and commercial projects. You will work closely with clients, designers, and project teams to transform concepts into practical, beautiful environments.
Key Responsibilities
Develop architectural and interior design concepts from initial idea to final execution.
Prepare detailed drawings, layouts, 3D models, and presentations.
Collaborate with clients to understand design needs, project goals, and budget constraints.
Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and vendors to ensure timely project execution.
Select materials, finishes, colors, and furnishings suitable for the project vision.
Ensure design compliance with building codes, safety standards, and industry regulations.
Conduct site visits to monitor progress, solve design challenges, and ensure quality.
Prepare BOQs, design documentation, and project reports as required.
Stay updated on design trends, innovative materials, and emerging technologies.
