Marikar Interiors is looking for a talented Architect / Interior Designer with minimum 2 years of experience. The candidate must have strong design sense, good creativity, and excellent 3D visualisation skills. You will work on luxury residential and commercial interior projects.
Key Responsibilities
Create design concepts, space plans and interior layouts
Develop detailed drawings and material specifications
Produce high-quality 3D visualizations & renderings
Coordinate with clients, vendors and site teams
Assist in site visits and ensure design accuracy
Requirements
Minimum 2 years experience in Architecture / Interior Design
Strong design and visualisation skills
Good knowledge of software (AutoCAD, SketchUp/3ds Max, Lumion, Photoshop etc.)
Ability to handle projects independently
Good communication and presentation skills
