INSIDE Design India Pvt Ltd is one of the leading turnkey interior company for home & office with the state of the art mechanised factory with 50,000 sq. ft at Kochuveli Industrial Estate, Trivandrum.

Duties/Responsibilities: Responsible for producing architectural & Interior working drawings including all details for architectural/ interior projects. This includes Cabinetry working dwgs, Detailed cross sections, specification, 3D, Client discussions Site visits, schedules and specifications etc. Site visits and assisting in installation supervision and attending site meetings. Site survey / measures of existing conditions and producing drawings of same. Work with the entire team, in office and with outside consultants. Proficient time management to facilitate working on multiple projects simultaneously and should have strong leadership skills to manage a group of 5 to 10 junior CAD designers.

Requirements:

At least 3 years of experience. Strong technical and practical CAD skills with an understanding of architectural conventions, including floor plans, elevations, sections, RCP, electrical and Cabinetry works. Strong understanding of and proficiency in producing all schedules. 3D CAD and strong presentation graphics, both hand drawing and computer as well as Photoshop/PPT presentations.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
