Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture.

SKILLS:

Proven experience as a Creative Designer or a similar role in the interior design industry. Proficient in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite. Strong project management and organizational skills. Excellent communication and presentation abilities. Knowledge of sustainable design practices is a plus.

Job Summary:

Krayons Interior Systems Pvt Ltd, is seeking a dynamic and innovative Creative Architect to join our design studio. The ideal candidate will have a passion for design, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to translate creative concepts into practical solutions. The Creative Architect will play a pivotal role in conceptualizing and executing innovative designs for various interior projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Conceptualization and Design:

Develop creative and innovative design concepts for interior spaces, ensuring alignment with client requirements and project goals. Produce detailed drawings, renderings, and presentations to effectively communicate design ideas.

Project Management:

Oversee the entire design process from concept to completion, ensuring projects are delivered within established timelines and budget constraints. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including project managers, contractors, and clients, to ensure seamless project execution.

Material and Finish Selection:

Research and recommend appropriate materials, finishes, and furnishings that align with design concepts and meet quality standards. Stay updated on industry trends and emerging materials to enhance design innovation.

Client Interaction:

Engage with clients to understand their preferences, requirements, and expectations. Present design concepts and proposals to clients, addressing feedback and incorporating changes as necessary.

Code Compliance:

Ensure designs comply with building codes, regulations, and industry standards. Collaborate with relevant authorities to obtain necessary approvals and permits.
