We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing buildings, developing construction documents, and overseeing project execution to ensure the designs meet client requirements and comply with applicable codes and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop architectural designs from concept to completion.
Create detailed construction drawings and specifications using AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or other tools.
Collaborate with clients, engineers, and contractors to determine project requirements.
Conduct site analysis and feasibility studies.
Ensure that all designs comply with local, state, and national building codes and regulations.
Prepare and present design proposals and reports to clients.
Participate in project meetings and coordinate with project stakeholders.
Monitor project progress and resolve any issues that arise during construction.
Requirements:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture.
Licensed Architect or working towards licensure (as required by location).
Proven experience as an architect in similar roles.
Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite.
Strong knowledge of building products, construction details, and relevant rules, regulations, and quality standards.
Excellent drawing and analytical skills.
Strong communication and presentation abilities.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Preferred Skills:
Experience in sustainable/green building design (LEED certification is a plus).
Understanding of project management tools and processes.
Prior experience in [residential/commercial/infrastructure/hospitality] projects.
