Key Responsibilities

Develop

2D drawings, 3D designs, and detailed interior layouts

as per client requirements. Prepare

BOQ (Bill of Quantities), material specifications, and cost estimates

. Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and project teams for timely execution. Supervise

site execution, quality checks, and work progress

as per drawings. Interact with clients to understand needs and present design concepts. Ensure projects are delivered within

budget, quality, and timelines

. Stay updated with latest trends, materials, and design innovations.

Key Skills Required

Strong knowledge of

AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3Ds Max, V-Ray, or similar design tools

. Good understanding of

BOQ preparation, costing, and material selection

. Experience in

site supervision, vendor coordination, and execution

. Strong communication, presentation & client handling skills. Ability to manage multiple projects independently.
