Job Description

Design Development:
- Conceptualize and prepare architectural designs for industrial facilities that optimize space utilization, workflows, and operational efficiency.
- Integrate sustainable design principles and ensure energy efficiency in industrial projects.

Project Management:
- Lead the preparation of detailed drawings, specifications, and construction documents.
- Coordinate with structural, MEP, and process engineers to ensure seamless integration of all systems.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables.

Client Interaction:
- Collaborate with clients to understand operational requirements and translate them into functional designs.
- Present design proposals, 3D models, and walkthroughs to clients and stakeholders.

Compliance & Standards:
- Ensure designs comply with local building codes, safety norms, and industrial regulations.
- Incorporate occupational health and safety standards in facility planning.

Team Collaboration:
- Guide junior architects, draftsmen, and design coordinators in preparing layouts and working drawings.
- Work closely with contractors, consultants, and vendors during execution.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
