Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in
Architecture
.
Registered with
Council of Architecture (COA)
(preferred).
Specialized experience in
industrial / dairy / food processing projects
.
Experience Required
1-3years
of relevant experience in:
Industrial buildings
Dairy plants / food processing units
Cold storage or FMCG facilities
Proven experience in
factory layouts and utility planning
.
Skills & Requirements
Proficiency in
AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, MS Office
.
Strong understanding of
industrial materials and construction techniques
.
Knowledge of
sanitation zoning, cleanroom concepts, and process flow
.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Willingness to travel to project sites when required.
Preferred (Good to Have)
Experience with
large dairy brands or EPC projects
.
Knowledge of
BIM workflows
.
Exposure to
international dairy standards
.
Salary
