Job Position: Architect Company Brief SS Group is one of the Leading Real Estate Developers & Builders in Central India. It has one of the most premium townships in Indore in the sought after neighbourhood Nipania, with huge Landbank of close to 100 acres. SS Group is a known name in the Real Estate Industry and has a reputation of delivering quality and premium housing, residential and commercial projects, for almost 2 decades now. Role Description This is a full-time role for an Architect to be deployed in our Indore Office. The Architect will be responsible for day-to-day tasks associated with architectural design, concept, and detailed drawings. This role is reporting to the team of the Indore office. Responsibilities
- Preparation of designs (concept/schematic).
- Prepare visual materials for client meetings and presentations.
- Holistic Design Coordination.
- Aesthetic and thorough detailing of design.
- Creation of systematic color and material palates.
- Creation of detailed working drawings.
- Creating area statements.
- Provide creative inputs to enhance basic functional design.
- Understand the design and approval rules of various authorities
- Keep on learning skills as per modern practices in the relevant field and update other disciplines organization wide.
- Bachelor\'s or Master\'s degree in Architecture or related field
- Excellent skills in Architectural Concept Design.
- Proficiency in design and architecture software such as Autodesk, SketchUp, and Revit
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to work independently and remotely
- Day shift
