Must Have (Required Skills & Experience)

11+ years

of overall SAP experience with strong expertise in

SAP Quality Management (QM)

and

Engineering Change Management (ECM)

. Minimum

2+ full lifecycle SAP QM/ECM implementations

in

S/4HANA

. Hands-on experience with

SAP Signavio Business Process Transformation Suite

, including:

+ Process modeling using

BPMN 2.0

+ Process mining and analytics to identify process inefficiencies
+ Implementing process improvements in quality and compliance processes
Strong hands-on configuration experience in

SAP QM

, including:

+ Inspection Planning
+ Quality Notifications
+ Certificates management
+ Quality Control in Production and Procurement
Strong hands-on experience in

SAP ECM

for product lifecycle and change control. Strong integration experience with

MM, PP, SD

, and other SAP modules. Experience preparing

Functional Specification Documents (FSDs)

and supporting ABAP enhancements. Hands-on experience with

data migration tools

such as

LTMC and LSMW

. Strong understanding of

SAP Activate Methodology

and SAP best practices. Deep knowledge of

quality standards, inspection processes, and engineering change control

. Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.

Good to Have (Preferred Skills)

SAP

S/4HANA Quality Management Certification

. Familiarity with

SAP Fiori apps

for QM and ECM. Experience with

JIRA, HP ALM

, or other project/test management tools. Exposure to

digital manufacturing, compliance solutions, or regulatory standards

. Experience in enterprise-wide

process transformation initiatives
