Role description

Title:

SAP ME / MES / MII | S/4HANA & Signavio

Must Have (Required Skills & Experience)

11+ years

of overall SAP experience with

strong expertise in SAP ME / MES / MII

. Hands-on experience with

SAP Signavio Business Process Transformation Suite

, including:

+ Process modeling using

BPMN 2.0

+ Process mining and analytics to identify inefficiencies
+ Implementation of process improvements in SAP ME environment
Strong knowledge of

production planning, shop floor execution, scheduling, and plant maintenance processes

. Experience in

SAP ME site setups

, including:

+ Shop floor master data management
+ Shop floor order creation, tracking, and execution
+ PODs, data collection, genealogy, returns management, site-to-site transfer
+ Worker guidance setup and integration with S/4HANA
Experience with

SAP DMC / MES integration points

with other SAP S/4HANA components. Experience with

latest versions of SAP ME / MII

(15.0 / 15.2 / 15.3). Knowledge of

data management strategies

and integration with ERP/PLM systems. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for

process optimization, efficiency, quality, and traceability improvements

. Experience in preparing

functional specifications, reports, and dashboards

to track KPIs. Experience providing

end-user support and training

on SAP ME / MES functionalities. Ability to

work independently

and as part of cross-functional teams.

Good to Have (Preferred Skills)

Experience in

SAP DMC security configuration

. Prior experience with

SAP MES solution architecting or development

. Experience with other

MES products

outside SAP. Industry experience in

manufacturing environments

such as life sciences, automotive, or consumer goods. Strong proficiency with

Microsoft Office tools

(Word, Excel, PowerPoint). SAP certification in

MES / ME / MII modules
