Title: SAP EWM | S/4HANA Embedded EWM & Signavio
Location: Any UST India
Experience: 11+ Years
Must Have (Required Skills & Experience)
11+ years of overall SAP experience with 10+ years as an SAP EWM Functional Consultant.
At least 1 full lifecycle implementation experience in SAP Embedded EWM on S/4HANA.
Hands-on experience working in SAP S/4HANA environment.
Proven experience using SAP Signavio Business Process Transformation Suite, including:
Process modeling using BPMN 2.0
Process mining and analytics
Identification and implementation of process improvements in EWM
Strong functional expertise in SAP EWM, WM, and Logistics Execution (LE).
Strong cross-functional integration experience with MM, QM, PP, and SD.
Strong experience in ERP-EWM integration, including:
Delivery document processing
Inbound and outbound delivery flow between ERP and EWM
Master data transfer from ERP to EWM
Hands-on configuration and functional experience in:
Putaway and picking strategies
Capacity check indicators
Split TO creation, two-step picking
Fixed bin replenishment and replenishment strategies
Handling Units (HU), Storage Units (SU), and cross-docking
Experience with:
Wave picking for outbound deliveries
Auto-packing instructions and HU creation
Inbound, outbound, shipping, and stock transfer processes
Intra-company STOs and inventory management
Strong experience in RF-enabled warehouse processes for inbound and outbound deliveries.
Experience in gap analysis, designing To-Be processes, and implementing solutions through configuration, enhancements, or developments.
Experience preparing functional specifications, process flows, design documents, and supporting data conversion.
Hands-on experience resolving production issues and project tickets as per SLA, including direct interaction with end users.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and strong stakeholder management capabilities.
Good to Have (Preferred Skills)
Integration experience with non-SAP systems such as 3PL, supplier collaboration platforms, .NET, and Java-based systems.
Experience with EDI/IDOC analysis, including mapping templates and IDOC enhancements.
Experience in:
Route determination and cost calculation in Shipping/Transportation modules
Vendor evaluation based on price, quality, delivery time, and service
Purchase-to-Pay processes, vendor returns, and release procedures for PR/PO
Experience with dynamic cycle counting and physical inventory in WM/EWM.
Exposure to customized replenishment scenarios (bin top-off, minimum quantity, open deliveries).
SAP certification in EWM or S/4HANA Supply Chain.
