Job Title: Salesforce QA Manager

Hiring Location:

Experience Range

12-15 years

of total IT experience, with

3-5 years

in a managerial/leadership role overseeing Salesforce QA teams.

Must-Have Skills

Salesforce & QA Leadership

Strong understanding of the

Salesforce ecosystem

, including Sales, Service, and Marketing Cloud. Experience with

environment (sandbox) management

and Salesforce release lifecycle. Proven ability to define and own a

Master Test Strategy

for large-scale Salesforce implementations. Experience managing and mentoring

QA Leads and Automation Engineers

.

Quality Processes & Methodologies

Deep knowledge of

SDLC, Agile/Scrum, BDD/TDD

, and Shift-Left testing methodologies. Ability to set up and enforce QA

best practices, standards, and governance

frameworks. Hands-on experience driving

process improvements

across QA functions.

Automation & Technical Expertise

Strong background in

test automation architecture

. Expertise in tools/frameworks like

Selenium, Cypress, Provar

, and scripting using

Java/Python/JavaScript

. Experience integrating testing into

CI/CD pipelines

(Jenkins, Azure DevOps, GitLab). Ability to make strategic decisions on

Build vs. Buy

for test automation tools.

Stakeholder & Release Management

Excellent stakeholder management across Product, DevOps, Architecture, and Business teams. Experience managing

quality gates

and ensuring smooth production deployments.

AI & Innovation

Practical understanding or hands-on experience with

AI-based testing tools

and predictive analytics.

Communication & Leadership

Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate technical risks into business impacts. Strong conflict-resolution, decision-making, and negotiation skills.

Good-to-Have Skills

Salesforce Certifications:
