Role Overview:
The
Salesforce Business Analyst / Consultant
plays a pivotal role in bridging the gap between business requirements and technical implementation on the
Salesforce platform
. The individual will collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to gather requirements, design scalable solutions, and ensure successful system delivery. This role combines business process understanding with Salesforce product expertise to enhance organizational efficiency and drive digital transformation.
Key Responsibilities:
Gather and document
business requirements
through stakeholder discussions, workshops, and interviews.
Analyze
current business processes
and identify opportunities for automation and Salesforce-driven improvements.
Translate business needs into

Deliver

Monitor

Must Have Skills:
3+ years
of experience as a
Salesforce Business Analyst
or
Salesforce Consultant

Strong understanding of

Proven ability to

business and technical requirements.
Experience in creating
process maps

Solid understanding of

Experience in supporting

Educational Qualification:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
