Leadership & Team Management:

Support & Maintenance:

+ Proven ability in

system monitoring

+ Hands-on involvement in

month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closings

+ Ensuring enhancements align with business goals and compliance standards.

Process Optimization:

+ Ability to collaborate with business process owners for improvements and enhancements.
+ Delivering training, documentation, and hands-on support to end users.

Project Management:

+ Experience in managing SAP-related KPIs, deliverables, and ensuring customer satisfaction (CSAT).
+ Familiarity with project management practices and methodologies.

Compliance & Reporting:

+ Ensures alignment with financial regulations, internal controls, and corporate governance.
+ Supports audit readiness with documentation and financial reporting processes.

Education:

+ Bachelor's or Master's degree in

Accounting, Finance

, or related fields.
+ SAP FICO/S/4HANA certification is preferred.

Soft Skills:

+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
