Job Title: SAP DMC/MES Specialist
Experience: 8-10 Years
Location: Any UST India Location
Employment Type: Full-time
Must-Have Required Skills & Qualifications:
SAP DMC/MES Experience:
5+ years of experience in SAP DMC (Digital Manufacturing Cloud) and SAP ME/MII (Manufacturing Execution) modules.
At least 1 full SAP DMC project implementation.
SAP DMC Functional Knowledge:
Knowledge of production planning, production master data, shop floor order creation/tracking, scheduling, shop floor quality, logistics, and plant maintenance processes.
Experience in defining SAP DMC implementation strategy, gathering functional and non-functional requirements, designing and prototyping solutions, testing, training, and defining support procedures.
SAP DMC Site Setup & Integration:
Knowledge of SAP DMC site setups, shop floor master data, shop floor execution and tracking, integration with S/4 HANA, PODs (Proof of Delivery), data collection (DC), genealogy, returns management, site-to-site transfer, and worker guidance setup.
Integration with SAP S/4 HANA:
Understanding of integration points of SAP DMC with other SAP S/4 HANA components.
Experience with SAP ME/MII Versions:
Experience with the latest versions of SAP ME/MII (15.0/15.2/15.3).
Additional Experience:
Experience in development/solution architecting is desirable.
SAP DM security configuration experience is a plus.
Good-to-Have Preferred Skills:
Experience with Other MES Products:
Experience with other MES products would be advantageous.
Industry Experience:
Experience in manufacturing industries, particularly in life sciences, automotive, or consumer goods sectors.
