Overview: The purpose of this position is to Manage and Delivery IoT Platform Implementations across PepsiCo Sectors. The IoT Customer Success Manager is responsible for establishing and maintaining strong relationships with Partners, ensuring their satisfaction, and assisting them in achieving their desired outcomes with IoT solutions. This role involves proactively engaging with clients, identifying their needs, and providing support and guidance to maximize the value they receive from IoT products and services. Responsibilities:
Client Onboarding:

• Collaborate with sector teams to understand their specific goals and requirements.
• Assist clients in the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition to IoT solutions.

• Serve as the main point of contact for clients and build strong, trust-based relationships.
• Regularly check in with clients to assess satisfaction and understand any challenges they may face.

• Provide ongoing support and guidance to partners, addressing their questions and concerns.
• Coordinate with technical support teams to resolve technical issues efficiently.

• Educate clients about IoT products, features, and best practices to help them leverage the technology effectively.

• Conduct regular reviews to evaluate clients\' progress and identify opportunities for improvement or expansion.

• More than 15 Years of experience
• Proven experience in customer success, or client-facing role.
• Familiarity with IoT technologies and concepts
• Must have played Delivery and Project Management Roles in the past
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
