Job Description
Role & responsibilities Shall be able to design and plan architectural drawings, working closely with users, clients, and officials to make sure that projected drawings match the needs of these groups.
Responsible for the overall design and detailed plans for a wide range of projects in architecture, including industrial and office parks, land subdivisions, parks and recreation.
Expected to work closely with other professionals, including engineers and surveyors, to make sure that the projects meet the necessary standards.
Shall be involved from the earliest stages of a building project, from site selection, right though to completion.
Designing and detailing of high rise group housing, commercial buildings, multiplexes and malls, etc..
Working knowledge of Sketchup, Lumion Autocad, 2D, 3D, MS Office, Photoshop & other relevant softwares. Knowledge and Experiece in REVIT would be an added advantage.
Capable of handling 2 to 4 projects
Capable of working on cumulative projects from 5 to 10 lakh sft at any time.
Should have good communication; organizational and coordinating skills.
Ability to handle projects independently and to coordinate with various departments. Job Type: Full-time Salary: \xe2\x82\xb920,000.00 - \xe2\x82\xb930,000.00 per month Schedule:
