Position Overview
This role is a member of the GBS Systems Enablement team, ensuring that the GBS user onboarding
experience is great and they have system access within the first week of joining PepsiCo. This position will be part of a team that works with business and IT to ensure that GBS users have all the needed applications installed and user access provisioned to complete their jobs. The Manager, GBS SE Project Manager role will coordinate activities to onboard new GBS transitions and ensure that the team delivers key transition milestones on schedule.

to be considered for this role, she or he will absolutely need to have:
• 7 - 10 years of experience
• 3 - 5 years project management experience
• Bachelors in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
• Strong knowledge of IT Ecosystems
• PMP Certification
• Agile Certification
• User Access Management
• Automation project delivery& administration
• Clarity PPM
• Ability to plan and coordinate the execution multiple concurrent projects
• Ability to independently problem solve and research resolutions to complex issues
• Ability to collaborate across multiple global teams in different time zones
• Ability to communicate complex issues and facilitate resolution discussions
• Strong Meeting facilitation and Coordination
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Strong data analytical skills Proficient in MS Excel, PPT, Project

Skills and Experience Required:

• Deep experience with Agile project delivery
• Experience coordinating user access request processing (MyIDM)
• Experience delivering RPA automation projects
The Role:

• Act as the single point of contact to GBS Transition Managers and Functional Leads to plan and deliver GBS transitions on schedule and with a high level of quality

• Develop detailed plans to deliver the GBS global transition agenda
• Initiate projects with GBS Transition Managers and Functional Leads
• Assess project delivery progress and deliver weekly progress reports
• Maintain Risk & Issue Log and coordinate resolution activities
• Assure status reports are accurate and delivered timely
• Maintain trusting relationships with business partners
