Roles & Responsibilities:

Design Oversight:

Ensure that all architectural designs, drawings, and 3D models align with client requirements, project specifications, and design intent.

Technical Review:

Review and approve shop drawings, material samples, and prototypes to ensure compliance with design, quality, and safety standards.

Project Coordination:

Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and execution throughout the project lifecycle.

Schedule & Progress Tracking:

Monitor project timelines, fabrication progress, and site installations; provide biweekly progress updates and highlight any potential delays or challenges.

Site Inspections:

Conduct regular site visits as required to oversee critical project milestones, verify material quality, and ensure design compliance during fabrication and installation

Issue Resolution:

Address and resolve design discrepancies, material inconsistencies, or construction challenges in coordination with the on-site team and fabricators.

Documentation:

Maintain accurate project documentation, including RFI logs, site inspection reports, progress updates, and punch lists, ensuring clear communication with internal and external teams.

Quality Assurance:

Ensure that all construction, fabrication, and installation work adheres to local building codes, material standards, and project specifications.

Stakeholder Management:

Act as the primary point of contact between the design team, project stakeholders, and on-site team, ensuring smooth coordination and prompt decision-making.

Services:

Planning for services and its integration as per intended design. Taking/giving input to different engineering departments for detailed services designing.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
