Job Description

We are seeking a talented and motivated Architect with more than 4 years of experience in commercial and infrastructure building design. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in architectural planning, design development, and project coordination, with the ability to deliver innovative and sustainable solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop architectural concepts, detailed designs, and working drawings for commercial and infrastructure projects. Create 2D and 3D models, renderings, and presentation drawings using AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Lumion, and 3ds Max. Manage BIM workflows to ensure design accuracy, coordination, and documentation. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including structural, MEP, and civil engineers. Prepare technical specifications, material schedules, and design documentation. Conduct site visits and coordinate with contractors to ensure design implementation. Ensure all designs comply with applicable codes, regulations, and quality standards. Contribute creative ideas and sustainable design approaches to enhance project outcomes.

AutoCAD Revit SketchUp Lumion 3ds Max BIM Workflow & Coordination Strong design visualization and presentation abilities

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Architecture. Minimum 4 years of relevant professional experience in commercial and infrastructure projects. Strong communication and coordination skills. Knowledge of local building codes and construction practices.

Pay: Up to ?420,000.00 per year
