Develop architectural concepts, designs, and detailed drawings as per project requirements.
Prepare layout plans, elevations, and 3D models using AutoCAD, SketchUp, or Revit.
Coordinate with structural, electrical, and mechanical engineers to ensure design integration.
Conduct site visits to review construction progress and ensure compliance with design specifications.
Evaluate and select appropriate materials and finishes for design feasibility.
Collaborate with clients to understand project requirements, budgets, and timelines.
Ensure all designs comply with local building codes, safety regulations, and sustainability standards.
Prepare and present project proposals, BOQs, and cost estimates.
Requirements:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture (B.Arch / M.Arch).
Proven experience as an Architect (2-5 years preferred).
Proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Lumion, Photoshop, etc.).
Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and regulations.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
