Post - Architect

Location - Gurugram sector 82

Experience - 3-4 Years [minimum]

Salary - 40k-45k per month (negotiable)

Qualification - Bachelor's in Architecture

Shift Timings- 10:00AM-6:00PM

Week Off - Sunday

Industry - Construction

Preferred - Male/Female (Both)

Skills Required:

1. Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp or BIM software

2. Strong design, visualization & conceptual development

3. Knowledge of building codes, sustainability & construction practices

4. Project management, site supervision & coordination skills

5. Excellent communication, client handling & presentation abilities

Key Responsibilities:

? Develop architectural designs, concepts, and plans for projects.

? Prepare detailed drawings, presentations, and 3D visualizations.

? Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and sustainability standards.

? Collaborate with clients to understand requirements and present design solutions.

? Coordinate with engineers, consultants, and contractors during project execution.

? Supervise construction progress to ensure design accuracy and quality.

? Manage budgets, timelines, and project documentation.
