CTC :

Competitive salary commensurate with the candidate's experience and qualifications (80 to 1Lakh/Month)

Experience:

Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in architectural planning and design.

Proven track record of successfully completed hospital projects, preferably with a focus on multi-specialty facilities.

Extensive experience in designing healthcare facilities that comply with industry standards and regulations.

Scope of Work:

Lead and manage the architectural planning and design process for hospital projects from concept to completion.

Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, consultants, and regulatory authorities.

Develop innovative and functional architectural designs that meet the specific requirements of healthcare facilities.

Ensure compliance with relevant building codes, zoning regulations, and industry standards.

Oversee the preparation of detailed architectural drawings, specifications, and construction documents.

Provide technical expertise and guidance to project teams and coordinate with other disciplines, such as engineering and interior design.

Conduct site visits, inspections, and quality control checks to ensure design integrity and adherence to project timelines.

Stay updated on emerging trends, technologies, and best practices in hospital architecture and design.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?80,000.00 - ?100,000.00 per month
