Job Description

The Head of Architecture will lead the architectural design function for all projects across the organization, ensuring creative excellence, regulatory compliance, and technical feasibility. This role requires strategic oversight of design processes, mentorship of junior architects, coordination with engineering, construction, and client teams, and delivering innovative yet practical architectural solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Lead architectural design strategy for all construction projects (residential, commercial, mixed-use). Manage and mentor a team of architects, designers, and drafters. Oversee design development from concept to construction documentation. Coordinate with engineering, planning, and construction teams. Ensure compliance with local codes, zoning laws, and environmental regulations. Maintain design quality, sustainability standards, and client satisfaction. Review and approve drawings, models, and presentations. Develop and implement architecture policies, templates, and standards. Engage in client meetings and presentations as a design authority. Stay updated on design trends, building technologies, and materials.

Requirements

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture (B.Arch / M.Arch). Licensed Architect (RA or equivalent in relevant country). 12+ years of architectural experience with 5+ years in a leadership role. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, BIM tools. Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and regulations. Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
