KEY RESPONSIBILITIES1. Architectural Design & Development
Develop conceptual, schematic, and detailed architectural designs aligned with project requirements.
Prepare drawings, 3D models, visualizations, and presentations for client review and internal approvals.
Ensure design solutions comply with applicable standards, codes, and best practices.
Participate in design reviews and incorporate feedback into final deliverables.
2. Project Planning & Documentation
Prepare architectural working drawings, construction documents, BOQs, and specifications.
Coordinate with structural, MEP, landscape, and interior design teams to ensure integrated design solutions.
Maintain accurate project documentation and revision records.
3. Statutory Compliance & Approvals
Ensure design adherence to building bye-laws, NBC, local municipal codes, fire norms, and environmental guidelines.
Assist in preparing documents required for obtaining planning permissions, building permits, and NOCs.
4. Coordination & Stakeholder Management
Collaborate with clients, consultants, and contractors to understand requirements and resolve issues.
Conduct design coordination meetings and follow-up on design clarifications.
Liaise with vendors and material suppliers for technical inputs and specifications.
5. Site Support & Quality Control
Conduct periodic site visits to verify execution as per drawings and specifications.
Provide technical clarifications, issue revised drawings, and monitor quality compliance.
Identify design deviations and recommend corrective measures.
6. Project Management
Support project timelines, budget adherence, and resource planning.
Track project progress and report deviations to project leadership.
Assist in risk identification and mitigation during the design and construction phases.
7. BIM / Software Management (if applicable)
Prepare and update BIM models (Revit) and coordinate interdisciplinary BIM workflows.
Develop parametric models, clash detection reports, and coordination diagrams.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
