Key Responsibilities
B Arch/M Arch with 3/4 years experience in Govt .Building Projects
Must be willing to travel to sites in different parts of Assam and Sikkim for our Projects.
Client Consultation: Meet with clients to understand needs, budget, and vision for the project.
Design & Planning: Develop concepts, create detailed drawings (blueprints), and use CAD software (like AutoCAD, Revit) to visualize spaces in 3D.
Project Management: Oversee projects from start to finish, managing timelines, budgets, and teams.
Technical Documentation: Prepare specifications, construction documents, permits, and reports.
Coordination: Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other construction professionals.
Site Supervision: Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure adherence to plans and regulations.
Compliance: Ensure designs meet building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards.

Pay: ?40,000.00 - ?45,000.00 per month
