Lead architectural planning, design development, and execution support for real estate projects.
Prepare and review drawings, layouts, and specifications.
Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and authorities for approvals.
Plan and design
interior layouts for hotels, offices, and residential spaces
Create
mood boards, 3D renders, and material presentations
Work closely with architects, vendors, and site teams to ensure design execution
Source materials, finishes, and furniture in line with project requirements
Coordinate with clients for design approvals and project updates
Ensure designs align with budget, brand standards, and timelines
Requirements:
Degree/Diploma in Interior Design or Architecture
3-5 years of proven experience
in interior design (preferably in hotel or real estate projects)
Proficiency in
AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, V-Ray, Photoshop, and MS Office
Strong creativity, visualization, and client communication skills
Ability to handle multiple projects and work under deadlines
