Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Develop architectural concepts, schematic designs, and detailed construction drawings Prepare and review drawings, specifications, and technical documentation Coordinate with structural, MEP, and other consultants Ensure designs comply with local building codes, zoning regulations, and safety standards Present design proposals and revisions to clients and stakeholders Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress and quality Address design issues and modifications during construction Manage project timelines, documentation, and approvals Incorporate sustainable design principles and materials where applicable

Required Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture Professional registration/licensure (as applicable) Proficiency in architectural software (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Rhino, etc.) Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and detailing Excellent design, visualization, and problem-solving skills Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines Strong communication and presentation abilities

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
