Position Summary:


We are seeking an Architect to work on a diverse range of architectural projects. The selected candidate will have the opportunity to contribute to various building typologies, including institutional buildings, offices, residences, and more.


Responsibilities:

Produce concept, schematic, tender, and detailed drawings in alignment with HCP's design philosophy and standards. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth workflow and design integration. Collaborate and communicate with consultants, subject experts, and advisors to incorporate their inputs in accordance with the design intent. Participate in site visits to understand site conditions, review project progress, and ensure adherence to the approved design. Prepare presentations and reports to effectively communicate design ideas. Ensure compliance with relevant building regulations and standards throughout the design process. Establish project timelines and work efficiently to meet them. Education:

Bachelor's degree in Architecture (Mandatory)
Experience:

Years: Up to 3 years Industry: Architecture
Skills (Mandatory):

Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, InDesign, and MS Office Strong graphical and presentation skills Ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment Good communication skills with proficiency in English.
Skills (Preferred):

Knowledge of ArchiCAD * Understanding of building codes and regulatory standards.
