We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented

Architect

to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong design sensibilities, knowledge of construction processes, and the ability to work on projects from concept to execution.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare architectural layouts, drawings, and 3D models Develop design concepts, presentations, and working drawings Coordinate with clients, consultants, and site teams Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch) Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Photoshop & MS Office Strong visualization, creativity, and communication skills Site experience is a plus
