Job Description

1. Design and planning: ₹ Develop innovative and functional architectural designs which satisfies both client requirement and project objectives.
Able to create detailed blue prints, drawings and 3D models using latest software and tools.
Collaborate with clients, engineers and other stakeholders to finalize design concepts.

2. Project Coordination: ₹ Oversee and manage project timelines, Budgets and deliverables.
Work closely with contractors and construction teams to make sure the design meets the customer satisfaction.
Address and solve any design related challenges.

3. Compliance & Documentation: ₹ Ensure that the designs comply with the state, local and federal codes and regulation.
Prepare necessary documentation for permits and approvals.
Maintain comprehensive project records and reports.

4. Innovation and Sustainability: ₹ Integrate sustainable practices and innovative materials into designs.
Stay updated on industry trends, technologies and best practices.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
