We are seeking a skilled and proactive

Architect with minimum 5 years experience to work with us as full time or part time.

Key Responsibilities

Develop architectural concepts, detailed designs, and working drawings Prepare layout plans, elevations, sections, and 3D views as required Ensure compliance with local building by-laws, zoning regulations, and statutory approvals Coordinate with structural, MEP, and interior teams for integrated project delivery Review and approve drawings, BOQs, and specifications Manage site visits to ensure design intent and quality standards are maintained Liaise with clients, consultants, contractors, and government authorities Monitor project timelines, budgets, and quality benchmarks Incorporate sustainable and cost-effective design practices Support documentation for approvals and completion certificates
Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture Minimum

5+ years of professional experience

in architectural design and execution Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and other relevant design tools Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and detailing Experience handling residential, commercial, or mixed-use projects Excellent coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills
Preferred Attributes

Experience working on projects in Tamil Nadu Exposure to sustainable/green building practices Ability to independently handle projects and client interactions Prepare detailed working drawings, including floor plans, elevations, sections, and details, for construction purposes.
Project Management:
Collaborate with project teams to ensure timely and efficient completion of design tasks.
Manage project timelines and budgets effectively.
Provide technical guidance and support to project team members.
