Architect (with Expertise in PowerPoint & Presentations)

:

We are looking for a talented Architect who combines strong architectural design skills with excellent proficiency in creating impactful PowerPoint presentations. The ideal candidate will effectively communicate complex design concepts to clients, stakeholders, and project teams through clear, visually engaging presentations.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop architectural designs and detailed drawings aligned with client requirements and industry standards.

Prepare compelling PowerPoint presentations that clearly illustrate design concepts, project plans, timelines, and technical details.

Collaborate with clients, engineers, and project managers to ensure design feasibility and project objectives.

Present design proposals and progress updates to clients and senior management with clarity and confidence. Support marketing and business development efforts by creating professional presentation materials. Stay updated on architectural trends, building codes, and sustainable design practices.

Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field.

Proven experience in architectural design and project management.

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, with strong skills in creating visual aids, charts, and interactive presentations.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Ability to simplify complex technical information for non-technical audiences. Knowledge of CAD software and 3D modeling is a plus. Attention to detail and creativity in design and presentation.

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?40,000.00 per month
