Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Architect Executive to lead and support architectural projects from concept to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of design principles, project management, building codes, and client relationship management. This role involves collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, innovative, and sustainable designs.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop architectural designs and plans for residential, commercial, or industrial projects. Oversee project development from initial concept to construction documentation and execution. Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams to ensure project alignment. Ensure compliance with local building codes, zoning laws, and regulatory requirements. Prepare presentations, 3D models, and detailed design drawings. Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor progress and ensure design integrity. Support budgeting, resource planning, and scheduling efforts. Lead and mentor junior architects and design staff when necessary. Implement sustainable and cost-effective architectural practices.
