Job Description

We're looking for a passionate Architect + Engineering Associate to join our growing team. This role is ideal for recent graduates or professionals with up to 3 years of experience in residential architecture, site execution, and sustainable design. You'll collaborate with design leads, engineers, and clients to bring soulful homes to life across Kerala.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in architectural design, drafting, and 3D visualization Support structural planning and engineering coordination Conduct site visits across Kerala for execution and quality checks Prepare BOQs, material specifications, and documentation for approvals Collaborate with clients to understand design and functional needs Integrate sustainable and locally sourced materials into proposals Maintain project records and assist in vendor coordination
Desired Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar design tools Basic understanding of residential construction workflows Strong visual communication and presentation skills Willingness to travel across Kerala for site coordination Malayalam proficiency preferred; English/Hindi/Tamil a plus Passion for sustainable design and regional architecture
