Architect Engineer

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering from a recognized university. Minimum of 7-10 years of relevant experience.

Key Requirements:

Strong understanding of local building codes, standards, specifications, and safety regulations. Experience in GCC region, especially in

power generation buildings

, will be considered an advantage. In-depth knowledge of architectural design principles, construction procedures, and building systems (MEP, fire safety, security systems, etc.). Ability to read and interpret tender drawings, BOQ, and Scope of Work (SOW). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to resolve design challenges effectively. Proficiency in software such as

AutoCAD

,

Revit

, and other relevant design tools. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
