: Architect (1-3 Years Experience) - LATN Academy

LATN Academy is looking for a talented and detail-oriented

Architect

with 1-3 years of experience to support our architecture-focused training programs and real-time project guidance. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge, drawing skills, and a good understanding of architectural standards and workflows.

Key Responsibilities

Train and guide students in architectural concepts, drafting, and design workflows Assist learners in understanding real project processes such as site analysis, planning, section/elevation development, and detailing Prepare architectural drawings, documentation sets, and conceptual presentations Review and evaluate student work, providing clear feedback and corrections Develop training materials and support project-based learning modules Collaborate with the academy team for academic planning and architecture-related workshops Maintain updated knowledge of building rules, codes, and industry best practices

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch)

1-3 years of professional experience

in architectural design, planning, or drafting Strong proficiency in AutoCAD and at least one architectural design software (Revit/SketchUp/etc.) Solid understanding of building regulations, design standards, and construction drawings Good communication and mentoring skills Ability to work independently with attention to detail

Preferred Skills (Not Mandatory)

Knowledge of BIM tools (Revit) Experience in preparing working drawings and municipal drawings Ability to convert concepts into clean, accurate technical drawings
