Job Description

:
Preparation of presentation drawings using AutoCAD.
Preparation of plans, sections, and elevations based on tender and design drawings.
Preparation of as-built drawings.
Coordination of architectural drawings with structural, RCC, and services drawings.
Preparation of detailed drawings, including sections, elevations, and construction details.
Preparation of all types of area calculation drawings and standard drawings.
Ensuring all drawings comply with statutory and regulatory requirements.
Preparation of drawings for approvals such as BMC, SRA, CFO, and other relevant authorities.
Active involvement in documentation and submission for statutory approvals, ensuring accuracy and procedural compliance.
Coordination with architects, senior engineers, consultants, site engineers, and contractors.
Liaising with MEP consultants, RCC consultants, and other stakeholders for smooth project execution.
Site coordination, issue resolution, and conducting slab checks to ensure structural integrity.
Preparation of stage-wise reports, payment sheets, and necessary project documentation.
Contribution to residential and commercial design projects from concept stage to execution.
Design & Project Support:
Assist senior architects in planning and designing residential and commercial developments.
Participate in design discussions, preparation of drawings, and review of project proposals.
Support project research, specifications, dimensions, and scheduling activities.
Documentation & Communication:
Preparation and maintenance of construction documentation and statutory paperwork.
Regular communication with contractors and consultants to monitor project progress.
Assist in client coordination, addressing queries, incorporating requirements, and sharing project updates
